Title: Support Agent
Position Type: Full-time
StreamSpot is looking for a hybrid streaming technology problem-solver and excellent communicator who will be responsible for ensuring delivery of superior customer service through fast and accurate channels to our streaming clients.
What you’ll be doing:
• Monitoring and responding to incoming tickets from support center, providing quick and accurate responses to resolve customer issues.
• Providing quality assurance to StreamSpot daily activities including ongoing streams, server loads and queues.
• Assisting with phone support for immediate client support cases.
• Submitting tickets on customers’ behalf with proper descriptions of issues, necessary tags and assignment to correct agents.
40 hours per week, flexible schedule during work week with weekend work-from-home opportunity.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma, Associates or equivalent degree in Computer Science, MIS, Electronic Media or related field of study preferred.
Work Experience: Minimum one-year customer service or related field.
Hardware / Software Requirements: Windows XP, Vista, 7,8, 10, Mac OSX 8+, Gmail, Google Apps. iOS 4.x+, Android 2.x+, Desktop and Laptop Computers, Tablets, Smartphones, Kindle, Roku, Facebook.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability to new systems and programs, outstanding editing, proofing and grammar skills, attention to detail, product knowledge, problem solving, multitasking, and overall market knowledge.
